We are looking for a Provident Fund Relationship Manager in Thailand to serves as the primary contact for corporate clients, state enterprise clients to ensure all relationship issues are addressed professionally and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring overall client satisfaction and preserving and expanding all assigned client relationships. 

 

What You’ll Do:
 

  • Sales pitch with provident fund prospects:

-  Preparing proposal in comply with prospects’ term of reference or requirements and co-operate with C&R for the registration process for provident fund.

- Participating in prospect meetings and conducting presentations

- Working effectively with internal service team members and fund managers to ensure the achievement of provident fund sales and following up until the sales are closed.

- Complete onboarding process (KYC and AML)

  • Relationship management with clients:

 - Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with all clients, contributing account retention and monitoring fund performance.

- Being a consultant for provident fund clients, provident fund committee and members in provident fund; for example, investment plan, benchmark, fund articles, tax benefits, online service, educational session for fund committee / members, etc.

  • Improving services in response to clients’ feedback including Meeting & Workshop arranging and conducting meeting with provident fund clients on regular basis to report fund performance and company’s investment outlook
  • Arranging and conducting provident fund member annual meeting at least once a year to report fund balance sheet & financial statement, fund performance, investment outlook, regulations and tax update.
  • Update and review Provident Fund Fact Sheet and distribute to Fund Committee / members within the timeframe
  • Identifying opportunities for greater profits including cross-selling appropriate products.
  • Co-operate with other work units in the company such as Provident Fund Registrar, Legal, Operations and Investment Departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by head of Provident Fund & Private Fund or the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (international program would be an advantage)
  • At least 1 year experience in PVD or related field with 1-2 years in PVD
  • Required Investment Consultant (IC) or Investment Planner (IP)License is a must and CFP is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Thai and English.
  • Have Analytical skills, advisory and presentation skills, investment planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, detailed oriented, multi-task skill and operate under tight deadlines.
