Quality Assurance Manager
The quality assurance manager's main duty is to evaluate and assess the software/application to ensure the functionality and defect free software/application by adopting software quality assurance standards and industry best practice.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze specifications. Implement and execute comprehensive systematic test plans.
- Conduct UAT and post implementation testing and provide support. Report and document test results including technical issues.
- Develop and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using well known test automation software such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, etc.
- Ensure quality work, monitor errors and usability improvements throughout the software development and deployment process.
- Diagnose program bugs. Provide system support to user to trouble shoot issues in company application software.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing. Conduct meetings and presentations to gather testing scope, provide testing advice and findings.
- Work with cross-functional teams and software/application development vendor to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Performing system integration test.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
