Responsibilities

A Selling Agent Marketing for mutual fund products serves as the primary role in driving sales and building strong distributors relationships. The position involves promoting mutual fund products, expanding and maintaining a distributors base through effective communication and trust-building. This includes ensuring overall client satisfaction and preserving and expanding all assigned client relationships

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Establishing new relationships by recruit potential new distributors to expand distribution base and managing existing distributors to maintain relationships to generate new sales and increase revenue
  • Consult and providing full-service to distributors by involving mutual fund products to ensure that product capabilities are in line with distributors requirements
  • Introduce and offer products to be on distribution shelfs and platforms.
  • Develop plan and create marketing activities/ promotional incentives for distributors
  • Driving/contributing to achievement against targets of mutual fund for revenue generation, increase and maintain in sales, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
  • Contribute to achieve the team’s business objectives and ensuring ongoing development of your skills within the team
  • Ensure that all regulatory compliance issue is settled / met by the SEC, SET and all relevant authorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business Economics, Financial and Banking, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
  • CFP, AFPT, IP/IC License are required
  • Experience working in Mutual Fund Business, Private Banking or Priority Banking environment is required for this position
  • Strong financial and investment market knowledge in investment/mutual fund product and competence in the understanding, communication, development and delivery of mutual fund products to distributors
  • Good negotiation skill and well-coordination skills and experienced in selling agent businesses and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance Value based Culture

Job Location: near BTS Chodlom (Hybrid Workplace)
